Indiana Acquires Rights to Daniel Giddens From Available Player Pool

Indianapolis – The Indiana Mad Ants have acquired the player rights of Daniel Giddens from the available player pool to fill out their roster, the team has announced.

Giddens came to Indiana on February 21 as a two-game International Duty Replacement player, but did not see action before being waived. Since then, Giddens has played one game for the Delaware Blue Coats, scoring three points in four minutes.

Giddens, a 6-foot-11 G League rookie, spent time with the Delaware Blue Coats, Birmingham Squadron, Iowa Wolves and Westchester Knicks this season. He finished his college career at Vermont in 2019-2020 and has spent time as a professional is Switzerland and Japan before coming to the NBA G League.

Giddens will wear #11 with the Mad Ants.
