The U.S. Soccer Federation today announced that the USL Super League will compete at the highest level for women’s professional soccer in the United States following the approval for Division One sanctioning.

Indy Eleven announced its commitment to the USL Super League, a new professional women’s soccer league kicking off in August 2024. The Eleven join an initial group of pioneering members of this first division league in women’s soccer. Indy is set to join the Super League following the completion of Eleven Park Stadium. This first-division league offers a new pathway from youth to professional soccer, playing on the international calendar, “fall-to-summer”, to best provide the league’s players, coaches, referees, and front office employees with the best opportunities to succeed at the highest level.

“Today’s announcement from the U.S. Soccer Federation is monumental in growing the women’s game, and Indy Eleven could not be more thrilled to be an original member of the USL Super League,” said Indy Eleven President & CEO Greg Stremlaw. “The Super League has shown from day one that it is committed to excellence across the soccer landscape and Indy Eleven shares its goal and is proud to be a top-tier franchise competing among the best in the country.”
