INDIANAPOLIS– The Fuel return to Indiana Farmers Coliseum after Christmas for Teacher Appreciation Night on Wednesday where they will play the Wheeling Nailers for the fifth time this December.
LAST TIME OUT
The last time these two teams met was Friday, December 15 in Wheeling where the Nailers claimed a 4-1 victory after four unanswered goals starting in the second period. Indy’s captain Seamus Malone kicked off the scoring for the Fuel in that game but they could not mount a comeback.
LIVELY LEMOS
Bryan Lemos heads into this game on a three-game point streak, earning an assist in each of the Fuel’s last three matchups with the Kalamazoo Wings. Lemos also leads the team in multipoint games this season with four.
