- 7 on 7 full contact
- No helmets or hard shell pads
- No kickoff, 3 on 1 throw off
- Quarterback has 4 eligible receivers with 2 down linemen
- Field size is 100 yards x 40 yards and does not use goal posts
- 1 point conversion from the 5 yard line or 2 point conversion from the 10 yard line
- 4 quarters of 15 minutes each
- 2 minute warning at the end of the 2nd and 4th quarters
- Clock stops for incomplete passes or out of bounds during 2 minute warning
